Once tracking is available for your order it has left the building, and Race Ranch is no longer responsible for your items.  Processing and shipping times may vary depending on stock and pre-order status. All returns must be shipped/returned within 7 days of delivery.  If you ordered a pre-order item, the rest of your items will ship with your pre-order item.
